Cancel a subscription
Nothing on this site repeats unless you started a subscription. If you did, you can stop it whenever you like. There is no fee and you do not have to give a reason.
That button opens a message already written, addressed and filled in. Add the email address you used at checkout and send it.
When to send it
At least 24 hours before your next billing date and you are not charged again. Inside that 24 hours the shipment already in progress may still go out; send it anyway, say that the date is close, and we will put it right.
What happens next
We confirm in writing that it is stopped. Keep that email. If you would rather write your own message, send it to admin@chadvendordigital.com from any address and tell us the one you used at checkout.
If you only bought something once
There is nothing to cancel. A one-time order is charged once and never repeats. To change or stop an order that has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as you can and we will try to catch it.
